On Friday morning, I miss the bus and decide to walk to the market. I carry a small bag and a shopping list because I want fresh vegetables for dinner. At the market, a friendly seller shows me tomatoes, carrots, and cheese. I choose the best items and pay with a card.
After the market, I meet my sister at the library. She is studying for an exam, so I sit near her and read a short book. We talk about our week and plan a simple meal together, and the librarian helps us find a quiet table, so we stay there for an hour. In the evening, we cook soup and salad, then watch a movie at home.
Before bed, I check my phone and send a message to my friend. He wants to borrow the movie, so I agree and tell him to come on Sunday. I feel tired but happy because the day was busy and useful.
